Trademark Registration Process
Trademark registration in the UAE is based on the "Apply, Publish, Register" principle. The process is sensitive and must be managed without errors.

- Process: Submission of the application to the Ministry of Economy, official review, publication in the Official Gazette and local newspapers upon approval, and receipt of the final registration certificate.

- Patent: Obtained for inventions that provide a solution to a technical problem. The protection period is usually 20 years. The application is made with technical drawings and descriptions.
